I've noticed that some videos that I try to watch don't play. Like last night, I clicked on a few links to tornado videos and they didn't play but I could goto YouTube and watch them without a problem. Then tonight, I noticed that a few wouldn't play. I jumped over to my PC and could watch them. Here is a link to one that I just tried watching before coming in here to ask -

Is there a setting that I need to change to be able to watch everything?

Thanks for the info!

I was on youtube the other day and couldn't access the videos due to some security update that needed to be installed. Some kind of Adobe update or something. After the update the videos worked.

I guess I'm waiting for the updates. Just clicked on another link where there is a video that others are talking about but I don't even see it.

Is anyone else having this issue? I was on my phone watching videos of the meteor on cnn.com. Then I went to the computer to watch them and nothing. I can see that the video is there. it says click to play but when I do that, the box just goes white and nothing happens. The other day I was watching videos on sites without any problems couldn't see them on the Mac Mini.

Before you call apple, try different browsers. I have issues with safari being uncooperative with some embedded flash video players. I keep chrome and firefox on hand. I don't think I've found a situation where a video that didn't work in OSX for firefox, safari, or chrome worked on anything in windows 7.

Do you have Safari ?

Do you have "Enable Plug In" checked ? With it checked you get video. Without it checked which is safer for browsing you do not

I restarted the computer and now the videos play fine. Strange... I'm going to check those settings.
