Some videos won't sync but iTunes thinks they have

I've been trying to sync some tv shows to the iPad, but no matter what i do, they just won't go. I've tried re-booting the mac and the iPad, un-synching the shows, but no joy. I iTunes, it thinks the shows have been copied across as they're ticked and the total number of episodes is showing in the list.

Short of a complete restore on the iPad, any ideas what it could be?
