Some websites won't load over Wifi

Hello all.. just a quick question and more curious than anything else.

I noticed some websites I cannot load anymore on my home wifi. But if I switch to LTE they load quickly with no issues at all.

I have noticed this for a little while now,so it's becoming a pain.

Not really sure if the issue is my wifi or what? I'm using a time capsule. Are there any things I can trouble shoot?

You can try changing the router's DNS server settings to 8.8.4.4 and 8.8.8.8. See if that works.

Or, even just change it directly on the one device before attempting to change it on the router.

Hmm not even sure how to change it on a device. The website I was trying to get on doesn't work on both iOS devices

I had the same problem on the latest Time Capsule. Typically it was YouTube which in my house with two kids may get more traffic than any other website. Anyways, restarting the Time Capsule and rebooting the phone always cleared it up until the next time. A few months ago I stopped using the Time Capsule as my primary router (to troubleshoot Comcast connectivity issues) and the problem hasn't happened since.

On a side note, a problematic Windows 10 laptop also now does not frequently drop from the network. I've used Time Capsules for years, but these two problems of mine that went away keep me from putting the Time Capsule back in as the primary router. I keep it on the network for backups and file storage, but it no longer does the heavy lifting.
