Some windows have wrong colors in Sequoia

Hello,

I am experiencing issues with my M1 Studio using Sequoia. As you can see from the screenshots, for some reason the colors of some windows in some apps (Fusion360 in this case, but others too) are all wrong and illegible. I don't even know how to search for this problem, and I'm hoping someone here can shed some light on it!

Looks like whatever app you are using does not properly support Dark Mode. Turn off Dark Mode in system Settings > Appearance.
