Some Youtube favorites not showing up in ATV

I tried to load some Youtube content (top gear episodes) onto my favorites in Youtube. They load just fine to my favorites on my computer, but they don't show up on the AppleTV.

Does the AppleTV block certain content from the favorites for some reason? Has anyone found a way to force the content onto the AppleTV?

I believe the Apple TV (along with your iPhone/iPod Touch) will use H.264 encoded YouTube videos. Not every video will be available - the majority will and any new content uploaded will be encoded to this and flash, but they are still working their way through them.

That was what I heard when the YouTube feature was added - and in saying that, I've only come across a few videos out of thousands and thousands that didn't play.
