its posted on a wallpaper flickr account so i dont thin theyll mind and as far as a budget 0$. didnt know people needed to be so greedy, probably takes some one who knows what there doing 5 min, but oh well.

Expecting people to do stuff for you for free does sound pretty greedy, yes.

Edit: Also, "I don't think they'll mind" probably is a pretty weak legal defense. Under "Additional Information," you can see that you must attribute the author of the work, and you can't use it for commercial purposes. Other than that, yes, you can use it for whatever.
