Amazon tells me "This item will be released on December 7, 2010."

Unless it was released early in other countries, it isn't out yet.

TRON: Evolution is out now, and it's gotten some good reviews, too! CTV compared it to Arkham Asylum and called it "the best game of the year":

The legendarily-strict Eurogamer reviewed TRON: Evolution too and found lots to like about it:

I'm working with Disney Interactive, so if you have any questions about TRON: Evolution, just ask!

Glad to know you're objective.

Hehe ... I have heard from average to mediocre, and certainly my experience shows it as the worst TRON game I have ever played. But I've barely managed an hour on the PC version. Tron 2.0 for the PC was a real fave, and Discs of Tron was at the top of the list for games I would play with friends when we drove to the arcade on a weekly basis our senior year in high school ... that and Sinistar ...

I'm still jazzed for the film, but really, being a shill doesn't help anyone.

Ahh..Sinistar. Brings back so many memories. I still get shivers when I imagine hearing that "I hunger...ROARRRRR" as he'd come flying on the screen.

I too am amped to see the film as I loved it as a kid. My brother and I had the light cycle toys and the action figures. Those were the days.

As far as the shilling goes, I obviously agree. I think I'd be less inclined to be so harsh if the poster had been around for more than a month and didn't have the name of the film in his screen name. Truth be told, I'm envious. I'd love to work for Disney Interactive, but as a longtime gamer, I'm sick of seeing subpar titles released too early to simply coincide with a film's release or holiday schedule.

I'm not holding out too high a hope for either the game or film, but I'll definitely be seeing the film.

FWIW, thanks for the trip down "video gaming" memory lane.

Sinistar ruled. So many kids I've seen run *screaming* from that machine. I don't think I've ever seen another arcade do that.

Sinistar was one scary dude, and it was a Midway game. So of course, it had incredible sound coming out of that cabinet, especially when turned up.

I am not finished the game yet. I am kind of 3/4 part from the whole game. it's not bad. graphic is cool. tank, bike all that nice. if you buy PC version, you will get extra character (Sam Flynn), two free bonus maps for MP. you have to redeem the code. MP is not bad at all even though all repetitive job. you know. slash and smack it like assassin's creed.
