I had a copy of Parallels installed, which i deleted, but I can't seem to rid my launchpad of these icons. Anyone know how I could go about removing them? I've attached a screenshot

I think they might be located in your home folder, in a folder called Applications, and yes, there should be one called that in your home folder.

You can get to your home folder from the Go menu, in the menubar.

You should say what you've tried...
I've already removed Parallels from applications, so i assumed that would solve it. but those icons are still there. not removable in the normal way.

Yes, you have a home folder. That's not the name of it, that's just what it is. It is called whatever you decided to call it. Look for the little cottage icon, that's it.
