I used a site ages ago which had a step by step guide for jailbreaking my 3GS on 3.0 with redsn0w

My mate wants to do it to his 3G on 3.1, anyone got a step by step guide (with downloads, not torrents) for it?

Top 2 links are Mac and Windows instructions. Nothing out for 3.1 until a jailbreak is generally available.
