I have searched Youtube, Google, you name it. Have tried the HIIT program several times and have not found how does one supposed to use it.

Before watchOS 4 I was using an iPhone app to give me the intervals. The app is for runners and it signals you when you should change from ie. jogging to running, running to running 80% or giving 100% and walking. I have tried both the timed HIIT workout on the AW and the free one and it never signals me when to change my pace, it just continues measuring all the time.

Does you supposed to keep track of your pace changing intervals by other means and use the AW only for measuring the calories, heart rhythm, etc? I don't get it. Please enlighten me.

Thank you.

The HIIT workout choice I believe is only for it to account for calorie and heart rate more correctly for those types of workouts. I don't there is a changing interval option at all
