iPhone Someone PLEASE make a A2DP Bluetooth disabler!

Bluetooth service manager app in Cydia used to work on the old iOS 4, but hasn't been updated in a few years.

I know there is an app in the AppStore, but I want to permanently disable (with toggle on option) the A2DP bluetooth profile. Every time I get in my car I miss many notifications because the A2DP is connected to my car along with the hands free. Wish I could disable it in the car, but don't have the option.

Will gladly pay for the app too!
