Drool. This would be so cool if it worked with the iPhone.

But since Bluetooth is crippled on the iPhone, what path is there? I was thinking maybe BonJour, or using a SQL server..

I guess... but there are so many other ways to send SMS from your computer over the internet -- just open an iChat or Adium window, use Mail.app, use a dashboard widget...

very true indeed..i ve used most of them but still none of those beat the regular phone to phone one IMO
