Im hoping some people with the same CPU and 16GB of memory can post their results so I can compare the detailed report on multi core? Would also like to see some results with more or less RAM. Many Thanks!

More RAM will increase the multi-core Geekbench score, but there is diminishing returns as it goes higher. How the RAM is installed in the slots makes a difference, as well, as the Intel machines address RAM in banks and there are two banks (each with two DIMM slots) and using both banks/DIMMs improves memory bandwidth.

My iMac 5K is a 2020 model with the 3.8GHz i7 and two 16GB DIMMs. My SC is 1145 and my MC is 8580.

I have a 2020 i7 iMac, not a 2019 iMac, but my multicore results were:

8GB RAM: ~7000
32GB RAM: ~8800
64GB RAM: ~9000

Several 100 variation from run to run.
My experience is that occasional unusually low scores are due to having some background or other process running at the same time.

Right on thanks.... that's exactly what I wanted to see. I was getting chalked by some background iCloud syncing but I'm definitely where I should be with my RAM spec.
