Hey guys...

Does any one of you still have a jailbroken 2.2.1 iphone with mobileterminal or ssh access. could you do me a favor and send me the output of the following command?

Code:
defaults read

I need this to test a theory on .mobileconfig files I have.
To the best of my knowledge there should be no personal information contained in the output, only configuration settings, but feel free to scan the output for sensitive information before you release it to me...

Any help would be strongly appreciated (and you will be given credit should my work succeed :D )

I have a jailbroken (and unlocked) iPhone 2G with 2.2.1 and a fully updated Cydia - wrote the command as you described it in MobileTerminal, but unfortunately it returned me a "command not recognized"-error.
Having no deeper experience with these tools, I'm not sure what the command could be named otherwise - I'll be more than willing to contribute, though, if you can find out what else could be written to get the output you're looking for. :)

thanks for trying, so unfortunately it seems theres no "defaults" app on the iphone, which means "back to the drawing board" for me :)

basically I'm trying to modify an application setting using only .mobileconfig files :/
