Hey people,

Just wanted to share my 10 minute experience with the latest Monterey. I did a fresh install of Monterey when it was first released but after noticing trackpad was acting a bit weird(2019 mbp 16) and mac being warm even after 2 days of installation, i thought something was wrong so i got back to Big Sur..
I've waited for many months and after reading some reviews of the latest update, I decided to go on and do a fresh install again. So, I've installed it last night and guess what..trackpad is acting weird again..what i mean weird is when you pinch for zoom or scroll up and down, there is a very slight lag which i don't like..and the laptop is still warm(I did all the resets btw) Going back to big sur now..I won't be ever installing Monterey as I think there is a serious issue with it..I'm sure lots of people is using it without any problems but I can't figure out the issues with my laptop..

Anyways just wanted to share my expeience. Thanks for reading.

There are worse problems with it than that. It’s been corrupting SSD’s. And since Apple soldiers SSD’s to the logic boards now, installing Monterey, dual booting it, boot camp, target disk mode, are all extremely expensive risks when they go wrong.

Well Big Sur works just fine..also there is not much of a difference as I won't be using Universal Control so I'm not missing out anything.
