i've put 3 dvds in it (not at the same time), all have worked before and now the computer is not recognising any of them!!!!!!!!! it sort of whirls around slowly for about 30 seconds and stop. noteven a dvd icon on the desk top!
what is happening? is there a quick fix or is this computer doomed to go back to the apple service center?
i am getting top bezel discolouration too. lets wait and see if rsd return before we give the whole package a wack on the head.

edit: it said the format is not recognized on front row. but all ive played are region 2 dvds. or does that mean something else? so much for a fun machine.
ps. only thing change since i last used my dvd drive was downloading firefox 2!
