Something like Fring?

Is Fring one-of-a-kind or is there something like it? I usually just use Google Chat if that matters.

(Also, is there any way to get rid of that %$@# Fring test call buddy?)

Try Yahoo® for the iPhone™. Tried it last night and was able to converge my main social networks, i.e. Facebook, Friendster, Twitter, Skype and YouTube.

Can't do landscape chatting though.

You can try agile messenger or nimbuzz.

Truphone in its current version is very similar to fring: You get VoIP, Skype, AIM, Google Talk, MSN, Yahoo and Twitter and it is also free. The main difference is the VoIP functionality because you are bound to Truphone in this regard.
