I bought it again!
Seriously.

May 27thish...
Stopped into an Apple Store in my area that surprisingly had all 3 wi-fi models available.
I picked up the 16gb and was enamored.
The build quality on the device, the intuitiveness, subtlety yet slick Apple bombast.
Again, enamored.
Cost was an issue.
I enjoyed the iPad for a week and on the 8th day, having problems justifying the purchase, I paid the restocking fee, and returned it.
Bummed now and strangely a little more consumed with the device.
Scouring the web for thoughts like mine I concluded...
I deserve this and it would be mine again.

I'll make up that 50$ restocking mistake and all will be right with the universe.

I had 2 dreams about this thing in the week between returning it and getting another one! Come on!
I'm not a Mac loon either but I love the form & function that comes with said devices.
This one in particular has a feel to it which is singular and unmatched..
An absolute taste of the future of personal computing and media consumption, in a sexy little package.

I think this is one thing that is commonly overlooked. Even though the iPad is cool right now, it's opening a door to a much bigger shift in personal computing that is just touching the tip of the iceberg.
