Something strange with my battery

Hi..

I have a very strange question but am about one week in with my first iPhone so..

Question:
this morning my battery was 100 % full,5 hours later down to about 46 %.
i did check my e-mail once and took 3 calls and did listen to some music maybe about an hour all in all use.
No push is activated

any suggestions?

took a call this evening thru skype and went down about 10% in 30min...

The biggest battery drains on the iPhone are "Location Services" (the GPS), WiFi, and 3G.
