Something taking my space

What is the blank place taking my space? Has anyone experienced this?
I cant delete it or something. When I try to , it appears again.
btw. the language is czech

Do a hard reboot - hold both Home and Power buttons until you see the Apple logo. Then let the phone restart. That will clear the situation that you are seeing. Not sure what causes it...

Not sure what causes it...

It is usually caused by an app that didn't download or update properly.

Did hard reboot but it still persists. I have upgraded to ios 9 recently and this happened. Tried to check appstore too and all apps downloaded completely.
