I figure if the possibility of me camping out for an iPhone is necessary, I should get everything out of the way so there are no hiccups. I went to the AT&T store near my house, and I got my credit checked out. Everything went okay, and I got approved for 4 lines.
So if you need something to do, I suggest you go to an AT&T store and get your credit approved for your lines, the credit check is good for 3 months. You would really would not want to go there, lineup, wait for hours to wait for everyone to get their lines activated, get there, and realize you didn't get approved or you have to pay a fat $500 deposit.
