iPhone Something Wrong with my Cydia, How to Fix?

Hey guys,

So I was downloading a package on cydia on my iPhone 4 (6.1.2) the other day when it randomly froze. I restarted my phone, and when I opened cydia again, I got this:

Now I can't see any packages in search, manage, or change. Any ideas on how to fix?

Remove your extra sources until it works again. You have more packages than cydia can support
