iPod Song bought on iTune does not copy on iPod ?!

Hello,
I just purchased 11 songs on iTunes. They downloaded fine and I can play them on my MBP. When I sync a
iPod nano 4thgen, 5 of these songs don't sync because:
"they can't be copied because the audio format is not supported by the iPod.
There is nothing I can see different between these 5 songs and the others that copied fine. They are all in AAC format.

Any idea how to solve this mystery?
