Song Syncing Issue

I've had this problem for a while now. 2.0.1 didn't fix it. 2.0.2 didn't fix it either. I have about 20-25 songs that sync every time my phone syncs. Not sure why this happens. Anyone have any insight? I don't want to manually manage. All of my music fits on my phone and i like it this way. I have a 16GB v1 phone. Anything that is provided is much appreciated.

that didn't work. changed a bunch of the song names in the file name. no years, just some numbers that i deleted. still at 24 songs. any more suggestions?
