As a sidenote, I noticed now that there is a significant delay when adding a song to "My Music". Perhaps that is the core of the problem. When adding a song immediately to a playlist, the Music app tries to add it to "My Music" first, and if that takes longer than expected, it might end up causing some hickup in the system. Still weird, but anyway, it will be fixed in 8.4.1.

Just amazes me how bugs like this as well as the failures when attempting to sync playlists with Apple Music tracks in them between iOS and iTunes weren't caught. Wrong versions of songs, songs saying they're being added to playlists but they're not, then also not syncing properly from iTunes to iOS, etc.
