iPhone Songs Not currently available in country/region after updating to iOS 13

After I updated to iOS 13 90% of my album artwork is missing as well as a ton of songs are grayed out and say 'This song is not currently available in your country or region.'

Anyone else experiencing this? Should I just resend all my songs?

12.4.x here and apple music does same here. On some albums though.

Yeah, on 13.1 beta and all music gives me the message and no artwork. Arg!
