iPod Songs Not Playing On Ipod But Do On Itunes

So half of one album I just put on doesn't play on my Ipod. After one song, it just skips all the rest and goes back to the menu, like it finished playing. If I manually select any of these songs , the same thing, it just skips through them all and goes back to the menu. So naturally, I checked the files on my iTunes, but they all play fine. So I re-added them to my iPod, but still the same. So When I plugged in my iPod, I tried to play them on iTunes but through the iPod and they played fine. How can I correct this?????
