Songs purchased on iPhone missing on other devices

Hello so first of all I buy songs on my iphone and they don’t seem to appear on my ipad and mac. Second of all I made purchases back in the time and they are missing from all my devices. How can I download all of my purchases so far on all of my devices. Thanks

You are using the same Apple ID sign-in on all devices, and you haven't changed it since purchasing songs previously?
