Sonoma and Finder not refreshing file list

I have a folder that is is also sync on iCloud

When I export from MacBook M2 photos from CaptureOne ( RAW editor ) into a folder I can't see them
I thought that some path got lost but after checking I noticed that files was sync on my Mac mini

I can't see them on MacBook but I can see them on other iCloud device, I also checked from my iPhone and I can see them
I also can see them in terminal with "ls" command

Only workaround I found is rename the files from iPhone, after that they show up on MacBook with the new name
