Folks, I have installed Sonoma and constantly have issues with heavy memory usage. I have a relatively next MBP with M1 Max (64GB RAM) and after I have installed Sonoma it is always out of RAM. Any fix ot I need to downgrade?

What "issues", exactly? What do you mean by "out of RAM"? MacOS is designed to use AS MUCH RAM as it can. Here's my 32Gb M2 Pro Mini, as it happens to be right now. It's using 23 Gb, and it has filled up the remaining 9 Gb with cached files.

If your memory pressure is high, then that's a different story. Show us the summary from Activity Monitor, as I've done here.

But it may depend on what you do with your machine.

I will post it. What I was saying is that before Sonoma I did not have any "heavy memory usage" warnings. After installing it, I do have it for the same tasks I did before and I think I have a pretty OK chip with M1 Max (64GB).
