Sonoma keeps moving windows and showing desktop repeatedly

Sonoma keeps moving the windows and showing the desktop, constantly and repeatedly. I tried:

1. system settings
2. desktop and dock
3. i clicked wallpaper to reveal desktop , only in stage manager
4. I clicekd to turn off stage manager
5. And in spite of it I keep getting the open windows moving down and showing the desktop
6. 5 - 7 times every minute.

Any insight? I have a mac mini m1 with multi monitors. Thank You for the help.

I am using the mouse, Logitech Mx master 3 with the usb dongle not through bluetooth. And sometimes when i leave the computer to get a soft drink, it will happen spontaneously.

Are you able to switch and use a different mouse? See if the behavior still occurs. Troubleshooting 101, start eliminating variables.

Iswitched the controller of the mouse and keyboard, both Logitech, to Bluetooth, and now apple is handling them both, and also checked wallpaper to reveal desktop only in stage manager, which i dont use, because of my multimonitor setup. I have 15 mnutes of reboot and the changes applied, and I havent had the problem again.
Thank You, will post again if the problem returns. I run most of my hardware through a TS$ Caldigit Hub, I restarted it also and the [roblem has not reappeared.

What are the make and model of the monitors?

2 are 27 inch samsung, S27D850 2560x1440, and one is an LG 27 inch 4k.
I keep the resolutions at 2560x1440 on the three of them.
One connects through the HDMI, and the LG and the other samsung use the caldigit TS4 to connect.
Because apple did no design the mac mini m1 for 3 monitors, I am using a silicon motion adapter.
Have not had any problems with the monitors at all.

It seems like some sort of stuttering and double clicking between the mouse and the machine are creeping in. I've tried using every one of the ways to connect the mouse. But no solution so far. The mouse worked fine a year ago on an iMac 27". The problem started when I switched to a Mac Studio M1 Max. I bought a new Logitech MX Advanced Vertical mouse and the problem persisted. When I attach an Apple Magic Mouse 2, it works fine. (Except I don't like it's ergonomics, which is why I use the Logitech.)
Some discussers are saying that Logitech uses a WiFi channel at or near the standard 2.4 GHz frequency between the mouse and the dongle, and it's subject to interference from other devices using 2.4 GHz including microwaves, and electrical motors on fans.
Some have solved this problem by moving the Logitech dongle away from the computer (or other devices) by attaching it to a USB cable extender or multiport.
By the way, in the last year with the Mac Studio with the Apple Silicon, I'm pretty much convinced that the reaction time of the MacOS user interface is slower. Overal, the system also seems slower when accessing multiple disks at the same time. Note: I say "seems" here, but I'd be easily dissuaded.

I had done this, like you cited, and it worked, it made the connection more stable. I am wondering if Logitech needs to update the software and the firmware of the mouse and the keyboard.
