Hey guys. Well, as you can probably already tell by my 500 threads in this section that I am new to Mac and constantly need help.
Yesterday I tried hooking up my Sony DCR-HC32 up to my Mac to import some video to make a home DVD. Well anyways I plugged in the USB to the back of my Mac and into the camera etc, and nothing happens. Nothing at all. No new icons show up on my desktop or anything. It's like the Mac dosn't even know it's there.
So then I grab my disk that came with my camcorder and it says Mac OS X so I pop that in and all that's on there for the Mac is a stupid video editing app, but I installed it with hope I might be able to import video. Still no luck.
So anyways, what could be the problem? Can somebody find me a driver or something for this video camera? I would really like to import clips. And my normal Kodak digital camera plugged in fine so I think this should too.
Cheers!
