SOoo... is the iPhone getting iTunes Wi-Fi Music store also? with an update?...

This looks like an app that should be on the iPhone also...unless the agreement with AT&T is restricting Apple
 
I"ll be super pissed BUT...I can't argue that it's something owed us. After all, Apple needs to give folks a reason to buy a Touch vs. an iPhone.
 
I don't think its available for the iPhone... I feel kind of cheated. They basicly have released a iPhone without a phone... 300.00 less... and more functional. I had hoped they would toss us a bone and release at least one new app for the phone.
 
I Spoke too soon. He just said "we're bringing it to the iPhone also" :D

I'm shocked! and excited. I can't wait for the update!

I honestly didn't know. I was convinced that it would be exclusive to the Touch and they would hold it back for the iPhone until V2. Wow. Is there ANY doubt we own hands down the best f*cking mobile device available?
 
Why would you want to download and pay for music thats going directly to your phone. Then you got no way of retrieving it.
Why not just download it to your computer and you can transfer it to any device you want like ipod, iphone, make a cd.
Thats the way Itunes works on syncing files from your computer right?

That's the great thing about the iphone....v2 can be created by a free online update....The hardware is amazing and the software can be tweaked and added to over the air.....the genius of the iPhone is slowly being realized by everyone....

When you connect to your computer it syncs to your Mac/PC ....

I don't know about you guys, but if Starbucks comes to my iPhone before Notes that sync I'm going to start questioning Apple's priorities :rolleyes:

Yeah, saw that. Not too upset as Job's stated before that a good phone is worth 300 dollars (or 250 I fogot which).


EDIT: nevermind I am irritated... paid 600 bones for mine and now it is only 399....:mad::mad::(

Yes there is doubt, no MMS, no video, no chat, no bluetooth sync....
 
Oh interesting.
So after syncing to your computer it transfers the song to your hard drive?

I agree - emailing the photos is much smarter than MMS. And Bluetooth syncing I don't much care for - If I'm going to sync, why not charge it at the same time? I mean the computer will be RIGHT there, so why waste battery for a sync.
- at least not until we also get wireless recharging...
 
What would be nice is Ichat, MMS support, an option to send the same text message to more than one recipient without doing it one at a time. And also a way to turn off edge incase you're travelling out of the country etc... Like the way we got an off/on switch for wifi.
 
Later this month means we can expect it in 25 more days. *sigh*, I was really hoping they released it sooner.

Now, my big question is ... can I download podcasts using it ? :D
 
I also want to be able to hook my iPhone up to a TV or even another computer and use those to watch a movie through the iPhone
 
what would happened to the iPhone that we purchased before the newer version of iPhone, that coming out later?

are we able to upgrade the iPhone to latest features on the new version or will it be done automatically through software update?
