Sore ears with gen 3

Anyone else feel pain, I even seem to get a very red patch that seems to be infected to some degree. This thing just doesn’t sit right in the ear like AirPods 2 did

AirPods 3 - Pain?

I tried to use the Pro’s for some time and found them painful. I assumed it was the foam tips. Was really looking forward to the new AirPods and was relieved they didn’t have the foam tips. Sadly I’ve found they hurt just as much. They just feel really big in my ears and after an hour or so...
