Sorry, another 'what font is this?' thread

Hey everyone, I know everyones probably annoyed when people post these threads, and dont yell at me to look on font sites like what the font, identifont etc. because i already unsuccesfully did. So here it is.. anyone know?

It's a custom job by Michael Morrow. Note that the article states they are looking to get a trademark (I assume what they'll really try to get is a design patent) on the font, so use with discretion.

Look through here for many like it. The 'y' was most likely chopped.
