Hey all. I'm the proud owner of a new copy of Adobe CS4, Master Collection.:D Ok, this might seem a bit unrelated, but then again, this was the most appropriate subforum (I feel) to post this in.

After installing the whole CS4 package, adding around 30 icons in my applications folder, it gets a little cluttered in my stack (I have an "Applications" stack in the dock). I was wondering if it was alright to put all the CS4 apps into a folder INSIDE the Applications folder? Hence \Applications\CS4\bla-bla, instead of Applications\bla-bla. I'm worried some things might not work, etc. Anyone?

Although I don't have an answer for you, I don't really see why not.

Regardless, try it, and if the program(s) function improperly, take them out of the subfolder and put them back into the main Applications folder - can't really hurt anything.

Sorry to bump up this old post, but I'm thinking of doing the same thing to CS3, and wanted to know what the answer was.
