I recently ripped some DVD's using handbrake and put them in my iTunes library.

I was wondering how are movies bought off iTunes sorted?

ie. What goes in the Artist, Album fields etc. - is it the director, producer, the film studio

I have OCD when it comes to this kinda stuff so a few tips would be appreciated

When you buy a movie from iTunes, it already contains all the meta-data while when you add-in manualy, it doesn't.

You might wanna look over this page:

iFlicks apparently does it for you...

Hope that help ;)
