I do not know if this will be the section, but I need help with 5.1 audio on Kodi through an apple TV 4.
I connect the Apple TV via HDMI to the TV (MHL) and from the TV (ARC) to the Cinema LG BH7740. With this configuration, Netlfix sounds in 5.1 and through Kodi, if I select a video from a computer in 5.1 DTS, play it without inconveniences, the problem is when playing some movie from some addons, always in 2.0 AAC.
In Kodi, I have passthrough enabled and I have tested with channels 2.0 and 5.1. On apple TV I tried with surround sound and 16bit.
Can somebody help me
