My system consists of Apple 4k, Samsung The Frame TV and Sonos Arc soundbar. Everything works fine except for an intermittent problem which drops (loses entirely) the volume from the Amazon Prime app. All other streaming services work fine.
When it happens, I can usually fix it by coming out of Prime, going into some other streamer like Netflix, logging onto that, and then coming back and going to Prime again.
The problem will occur sometimes on start of a new session, and sometimes mis-session if one episode ends and another starts. I have played with the Settings on the Apple TV, make sure it is on the latest version of its firmware, reset the Apple TV, restarted the Apple TV, spun myself around anticlockwise three times and farted. None of it has made a difference! Oh, and power on/off.
It seems a bug in the Apple-Amazon Prime connection somewhere, but
(a) does anyone else have this issue and have a permanent solution
(b) know how I can report the bug for fixing?
