iPad Pro Sound issue !

When I watch movie i get a notification and the iPad sound increase like 2 times more then I hear everyday and after it just goes back to level which is too low for me.Do you guys think is there anything wrong with my device ?If no how Can I keep that sound level?

In Settings and then Sound is there a setting that dictates the max volume like on our iPads. Do not have my 10.5 with me to check.

I think it’s a bug that has been in iOS for sometime and is only noticed on apps that don’t use the recent XCode to build the app or hasn’t been updated to use the latest APIs. I used to have this issue with some audio streaming app over headphones. Only that the volume used to go down.
