Hello,

I have an iPhone 4S which deliver a good sound when I listen to music, or anything else with its speaker. The problem is when I make a phone call. The sound is very low for me and for the person I'm calling. It's not a problem of network, since with another phone there is no problem. Which problem it can be ? Is it something that I can solve ?

Thank you

What you are describing is not really related to the speaker of the phone. It could be an issues with the mic or the earpiece. If the volumes are all the way up then it could very well be a hardware issue which will require a repair and at that point I'd suggest to not waste money on a repair and to get a more recent model.
