Hi, I’ve been searching online and can’t find any direct comparisons between the iPad Pro 10.5” and M1 11” specifically focusing on sound quality.

Has anyone had both and can comment on the differences? I think the 10.5 is quite good, but have not heard the 11“ M1 in a normal setting.

thanks

I have both the 10.5 and 11 M1 iPad pro. The M1 does sound different, I wouldnt say it's worse ( I think the 10.5 is little more crisp), but the 11in m1 is a LOT louder. That was one of my biggest complains with the 10.5 was the speaker voume was quiet. The 10.5 has more speaker smaller speakr holes, compared to the larger, less speaker holes of the 11 m1 - i'm assuming this affects sound.

Thanks for that, im happy with the loudness of the 10.5, but being louder would be good if it didn't affect quality, I don’t want to downgrade on sound quality, but I suppose a lot of that is down to personal perception.
