sound when macbook moves up and down

when i move my macbook up and down i get a mouse clicking sound i'm not sure where it's coming from. When you shake it up and down, you get a sound. When you shake it sideways, there is no sound. Do you have it?

I don't shake it, I only hear something similar to a click sound when I move it slightly, but it only happens when I move it up and down
