Hi Guys
I am in a fix here. I downloaded the update on the Beta version and mac was restarting when it said there is a space problem so the update cannot be installed. It gave me option to restart with the earlier version. However on selecting that option it restarts but then after logging in the system shuts down again. I have restarted and logged in 100 times but each time it starts logging and then shuts down.
I am not able to go to Safe Mode, I tried this also many times.
I went to Recovery Mode and selected the earlier version but again it shuts down while logging in.
Now I don't know what to do. I am stuck.
Can someone please help.
Raj

Hi, I had the same problem yesterday and spent hours pulling my hair out. With apple customer service i found out that in disc utility my internal drives were unmounted and even with mounting them again, as soon as I tried to re-install they went back. The workaround that they give me was to mount the top drive, rename and then erase. After erase you should be able to reinstall the software in recovery. The only problem is that it wipes your mac back to factory settings and you have to re-install all the apps etc. back onto your mac. The issue i have now is that there is not enough space for me to install Windows Office again even though i do not have anything on the mac (no documents, music etc.) it says that all the space if filled up with other volumes so today i am going to have to get back in touch with them and try to resolve this new issue. Over all the beta OS' that i have had, this is the most unstable and has more bugs than anything

[doublepost=1562331367][/doublepost]Hi sayorke ... I understand your situation is same as mine. I somehow could salvage the problem. Someone in my IT team got me to reinstall the OS. I had to give away all the data but did not lose any data since everything was on OneDrive. However all the software had to be reinstalled, including Office 365. The only problem I am currently facing is some 10 GB of space is being taken by a volume which I cannot remove so I am short with space overall.
