Short version - you're good, stop worrying.
Longer version - Apple's changed something in their system, and they haven't updated that webpage yet.
Your second post got me wondering, and I needed to update my company's ID after an employee retired, so I checked for myself. I'm sorry for the bad advice in my previous post, in that changing my details yielded several emails from the same email address you cited - changes I made late last week yielded the earlier-cited email address, so this is a new email address that I'd never seen before. I also had to add some new Mac hardware and move some Mac hardware from one account to another, and I received verification emails from the newer email address. I also checked the long headers (which can, of course, be spoofed) - and they all came from Apple; all of my Apple Support information was changed in real-time.
I'm going to email Apple Support, and comment on their web page. Again, I'm sorry - I didn't know absolutely about the changes as I'd received confirmation emails from the prior email address as late as 3 days ago, but still - panic is just that. I'd checked Apple's own web site for confirmation, but they're slipping a bit IMO.
