They seem to have the right idea with iPad mobile internet in Spain.
Movistar network is owned/run by Telefónica, which also owns/runs O2.
If you have a 25+ tariff on an iPhone or any other smartphone (unlimited data, reduced speed after 1GB per month), you get a free second microSIM to use in your iPad as part of the tariff.
Much better deal than Orange UK are offering, as far as I can see!
