Spare stand for 27" iMac...

Hey All,
Does anyone know if I can order a spare stand for the 27" iMac? I plan to move my iMac between 2 locations. And it would be nice to take off the stand, move the mac without the stand, and attach it to a spare stand at the second location. I don't really want to use a vesa mount. Just want a spare stand.

I dont think you are able to order a stand separately. The only thing if I were you is to call up Apple Care and ask to speak with a product specialist. Explain to them your dilemna and ask if they would be willing to send you a second stand as a DIY dispatch with no part return required.

Thanks. I'll give that a try tomorrow! In the mean time, can anyone else think of a different way to get a spare stand?
