SPark for Mac help

Hi would like to try this email client for Mac I Mail I have few folder stored locally I don't know if can be stored on the server
would I be able to see on Spark or give me some ideas how to export into Spark. Thanks

You will have to drag the "Local/On My Mac" folders in Mail.app to the server to get all the folders/emails to upload. Then set up Spark to use with that email account, which will sync with all the emails and folders you have already set up.

The key is getting those local copies on to the email IMAP server so that they can sync with any email app you use.

Spark only supports IMAP, not POP. You would have to switch to using IMAP to use Spark as your email app.

But i downloaded spark for Mac using gmail account and works with pop my gmail account is only pop strange what you say

Gmail will support IMAP & POP:

Assuming you have successfully used Spark with Gmail, then it is possible that Spark has connected to Gmail using IMAP.

IMAP settings in your email client cannot find in preferences Account of Spark where to put setting as per Gmail Spark is not mentioned as email cleint I suppose can use same settings . I cannot see such settings in spark in Mail they are there quite strange
