Universal Spark Mail App

I have been trying to find mail app that I like and spark looks to be ok-ish but I do have a question and wonder if someone knows what I'm doing wrong, app setup on MBA and Iphone 12 and I created couple smart folders when opened via MBA but they not appearing on iphone, not sure if this is limitation of app or I'm doing something wrong.

I have been using Spark for a couple of years, Whatever mailbox I create on my iPad Pro app appears on my phone and my iMac. Make sure your following all the screen prompts as they appear when creatinine the mailbox, I use my iCloud account for all boxes locations (mail turned on in iCloud)

Hmm most likely done something wrong, will check later on both devices.

ok so I tried again, tested normal folder and does show up on other device but no smart folder, to me looks like they for each device, I don't think I'm doing anything wrong so bit lost
