Was finally able to find a replacement m1 iPad Pro 12.9 after my first one had dead pixels. The new one I got seems to be running fine but I do notice some speaker popping noises when typing (Facebook messenger, App Store, etc). Is this software related or is this most likely something wrong with this iPad? I already did a clean install and a hard reset. It’s not constant, it happens sporadically.

Are you getting the popping noises when you play a video or music? If it's only happening during typing, my inclination is that it may be a software glitch.

In that case, that sounds to me like it's a software glitch. If there is a hardware problem with the speakers, you would think that it would be consistently happening regardless of the audio source.

Are you on the latest version of iPadOS?
